Courier Journal - Does it Follow the Elements?

I am currently assigned to the Courier Journal for the news project, but even before it started I was following the Courier Journal for current events. For the most part, I think it does follow the ten elements of journalism. There are some exceptions, but I will get into that later.
Truth, for example, is the most important rule for journalism. The Courier reports on truthful events, gives the facts, and stays non-bias. They provide a forum in the form of opinion columns and editorials where the public can discuss, criticize and give feedback.
The exceptions I mentioned earlier are the little wine reviews and restaurant recommendations that the Courier Journal publishes. These may cross the line of newsworthy or not however, they are keeping their audience in mind. The restaurants are always in Louisville, and restaurant reviews may be what some people in Kentucky want to see/find helpful and interesting.
Overall, Kentucky's main newspaper - the Courier Journal - does follow the elements of journalism and also keep their audience in mind.
